Flexi-desks and meeting rooms availability

Employees faced challenges in efficiently locating available flexi-desks and meeting rooms, often resorting to time-consuming physical searches.

Additionally, there was a need for a remote reservation system for these spaces. In parallel the FM partner needed real-time visibility on occupancy for catering and cleaning service optimisation.

The client also expressed a concern for monitoring air quality within meeting rooms and common areas to ensure a healthy working environment.

• Presence Detection Sensors: Installed in meeting rooms and communal areas to monitor occupancy, aiding in efficient space management.
• Air Quality Sensors: These sensors monitor temperature, humidity, CO2, and VOC levels, issuing alerts to building and office managers when thresholds are exceeded, necessitating intervention for maintaining a healthy working environment.
